$200 - You may book an appointment to discuss your visa application. This fee will be credited back to you in the event we proceed with an application.

Immigration assessment.

$200 - Most applicants have an assessment before beginning the visa application process. This can usually take place via email. Fee credited back in the event we proceed with an application.

Money held in trust:

Money paid into the Client Account is held in trust to the client's account. Bondi Migration becomes entitles to withdraw funds from the Client Account upon invoice for work completed as per initial Cost Agreement.

Refund policy:

When you engage my services, a file is opened for you right away, and various steps are prepared. This involves research into current migration legislation & policy, and advising on a strategy.

You may be provided with a check-list of documents prepared for your personal circumstances and a specially designed questionnaire to complete.

Therefore, refunds of professional fees held in the Client Account are not possible, however refunds of unpaid disbursements fees, i.e. unpaid visa application fees, police checks, etc will be refunded.
